This fee allows you to use our service as many times as you need or want to for the calendar year.  You pay the $200 at the time of your application and then you belong to our "Coachella Valley Nanny Club".  This fee is non refundable and will only be good for use by your family.  Each time you need a nanny you call me, I secure a nanny for you and then you are charged a $20 service fee for the daily rate.  You are responsible to pay the nanny at the time of service, rates vary from $15 to $18 per hour.  This fee can vary based on experience, travel distance, number of children and required duties while caring for your children.  I will provide you with the nanny's contact information and you will schedule the time she/he will arrive.  There is a $50 minimum charge for each visit, unless otherwise discussed with the nanny.  There is also a $25 cancelation fee if you cancel within 48 hours.  If you cancel outside of 48 hours you will be liable to pay the nanny the $50 minimum fee and a $25 fee to the agency.

 

You will be required to complete our family or event application in it's entirety before any service at your location.  I will arrange to meet with you in order to complete this paperwork.  I will not mail, fax or email this paperwork to you.  Coachella Valley Nannies takes pride in each personal relationship we develop with our clients and nannies.

 

 

 

 

Event and vacation care is also available.  There is a $50 a day fee for events and a $50 charge for vacation child care.  These fees are adjustable depending on the length of your stay, type of event, location and hours needed.  Please feel free to contact me to discuss your particular situation!
